We recently reported that the arbitration panel was to have a meeting with their technical advisor on September 12th. At the time, we weren't sure if this would be the final meeting and if the 10 days to issue a ruling would be calendar days or business days. Recent reports in the news have stated that they closed the hearing on Wednesday, and that the ruling has to be issued within 10 calendar days. Given that, we should hear something no later than the 22nd.
